The Officine Gullo cooking machine in the picture is equipped with a professional cooking top consisting of 6 high efficiency burners, up to 5.5 kW in brass and cast iron and cast iron grids. The basins of the burners and the tops are made of satined stainless steel 18/10. The basins can be removed in order to facilitate the cleaning. The multifunction maxi-oven has stainless steel interiors and is supplied with a wide assortment of professional baking accessories. This machine may be equipped with a cooking hob with 4 burners and a central solid top of 15mm thick steel.
