OKATECH is an insulating glass with metal interlayer. Various textures such as metal interlays, expanded metal grids or ornaments with perforations (“holes”) with different colour coverings become combined with sun protecting or heat loss covering and thus add glow, structure and texture to the insulating glass. Emphasis is given to the interplay of visual attractions, light and shadow, glow and structure, light diffusion and reflection. Tightly woven patterns in façade glazings can almost “exclude” glare caused during the zenith of the summer
sun.
