Double leaf fire door for commercial buildings
RF 60 DOUBLE LEAF PADILLA

The RF 60 double leaf doorset is fabricated as follows:

- The epoxy coated frame MC3 is manufactured from 1.5 mm high strength steel and is complete with a draught excluder recess.

- The door leaf is constructed from galvanised steel plate complete with flame retardant, low toxicity 120 µ LAMPRE PVC coating with 50 µ film protection, and is 54 mm thick. Door leaf weight 27 kg/m2.

- Insulation is manufactured from Rockwool slab 150 Kg/m3

- The doorset is provided with a 3.5 x 20 mm intumescent fire seal.

- Standard hinges are to D.I.N. certification operated by a semi-automatic spring closer.

- The standard lock fitted is to D.I.N. standard and is supplied complete with cylindrical key.

- The ergonomically designed fire proof door handles provided are to D.I.N. standard. Standard black color .

- The door leaf is fitted with two anti-crowbar devices.

- The frame is supplied complete with6 - 9 location fixings. Location fixing dimensions 155 x 30 x 1,5 mm.

- The door is supplied complete with disposable separators between frame and door leaf to facilitate easy installation.

- Components are protected by a 50 u protection film to be removed once installation is complete.

- Certificate plate.

- Full instructions for the fitting and maintenance of the unit are provided.
