As a young lad, I had visions of living in my own self-styled apartment.I had never been to America - nonetheless - I had a definite attraction to the black and white interiors that sprawled the pages of our local decor magazines. The classic Manhattan penthouse look was in my blood.
At the liberated age of twenty I moved into my first bachelors abode. A decade later I moved again, but I have still not been to America. Married?...You bet. Happily?...Immeasurably.
