Suspended ceiling with hidden structure
HOOK ON
Pancaldi
System composed of specially sized panels to be laid on a special hidden J-structure.
False ceiling system specialy designed for functional and aestheticmperformances of particulr significance
Technical Description
- Rectangular (R) or square (Q) galvanised steel panels, thickness mm. 0,6-0,7.
- Rectangular panel size: from mm 300x600 to mm. 600x1500, standard size mm. 300x1200 - mm. 600x1200.
- Square panel size: from mm 300x300 to mm. 750x750, standard size mm. 600x600.
- Powder painting 70-80 microns.
- Standard col. Ral 9010.
- Minimum air space overall dimensions: mm. 100.
System features
- Flexible use thanks to specially sized panels.
- Access to the air space by upward pressure of the panels hooked to the J profile.
Sound-proofing:
horizontal, by the insertion of soundproof panels on the whole surface of the false ceiling.
Vertical: by inserting plaster/paper sound-proof baffles at the walls.
Acoustic absorption:
different holes (see table) are available to the purpose, making the false ceiling soundproof together with soundproofing materials: specially suitable is the black Soundtex "paper tissue" film that dramatically reduces reverberation time and noise levels in general (see acoustic certifications).
