The PEO electric fan oven has a stainless steel exterior whilst the inside of the oven is enamelled with radius corners for ease of cleaning. Designed to accomodate the P2H and P4H hob units, it may also be used as a stand alone unit using a flat top (PEOT). It comes complete with 2 chrome shelves with adjustable positions and graduated drop down door to assist steam release.
