Description

Project Feature Re-cladding of the Guy’s Hospital building in London. The new high-performance cladding will enable to reduce the energy bill of the building by 18.5%. The building’s new façade consistes of a new glazed and aluminum skin using both flat and folded anodised aluminum sheets. As far as colours are concerned, the architects opted for a black/or/blue mix that sparkles in the sunlight giving the building a totally new look. Scope of Work 26,500 sqm (285,300 sq ft) of refurbishment (retrofit) with a new cladding: stick system façade and aluminum cladding.
