Project Feature 125 m high office building situated near Düsseldorf airport. Scope of Work Double skin façade with polygonal storey high units, grid 1.40 m. 600 mm wide maintenance corridor between double glazed, thermally broken internal skin and single glazed external skin enables natural ventilation with electromechanical vents. The internal skin has storey-high vertical pivoted windows, which can be opened manually on individual demand. Motorised sunscreens inside the maintenance corridor can be used even in turbulent weather and are protected from staining.
