BRICKTILE is a raised floor specifically designed for porcelain stoneware finishes. It consists of 3 elements assembled together: a 15 mm thick ceramic support panel, a glass fiber net placed in the middle and a top finish in 10 mm porcelain stoneware. The total thickness of the panel is 25 mm, this reduced thickness makes it easy to use even in situations where the space for the raised floor has not been designed, allowing even greater use of the underlying useful space. In BRICKTILE panel the bonding between the underlying ceramic support and the top finishing porcelain stoneware is guaranteed by special adhesives that allow maximum adhesion. The fiberglass net placed between support and top finish has an important structural and anti-breaking function. Thanks to the solid adhesion between the lower ceramic support and the finishing porcelain stoneware, very high load capacity is achieved. BRICKTILE is non-absorbent to water so it can be washed directly with water using all the main cleaning products suitable for porcelain tile..The extreme rigidity of this product prevents any form of bending even during heavy static loads. Thanks to its very high density BRICKTILE guarantees maximum acoustic performance. The density of 2200 kg / mc is in fact triple compared to chipboard panels and even higher than those in calcium sulphate.
