Metal Panel
(FOR LOOSE-LAYING FINISHES)
The Metal panel is formed by two sheets of steel welded together; the superior one with a thickness of 0,8mm and the inferior one with a thickness of 0,6mm.
Metal is produced by a process that maintains the thickness of the steel sheet constant, while obtaining in the inner surface of the panel 64 grooves which work as a ribbing.
Then, a cement based inert is injected by pressure into the panel; this gives the system greater soundproof value and also improves the physical-mechanical characteristics. The Metal panel is screwed directly to the pedestal to guarantee high stability to the system even without stringers. This type of panel is suitable with loose-laying finishes like carpet and PVC.
