Material: 0,8 mm steel sheet, hot-coated with zinc, tested anti-corrosion using saline fog. Made of three elements: basin, armature and cover, formed and assembled by cold pressing. Injection filled with light concrete insulating thickness minimum 15 mm, maximum 30 mm. Not combustible. CLASS ZERO.

A) BASIN: cold pressed and ribbed to contain armature and core.

B) ARMATURE: a truss of cold pressed cut perpendicular vertical elements, giving stiffness and stablity.

C) TOP COVER: the load bearing surface, cold pressed to lock the basin and armature around the edges.

D) CORE: cellular light concrete injection filled with density of 1400 kg./mc. spacing and insulating the basin from top cover.
