The innovative management and control strategies yield energy savings of better than 30% as compared with conventional control techniques when operating all air-conditioning and ventilation systems with 100% fresh air - even during the winter season. The amount of energy introduced into the system is reduced and the personal comfort level is raised in virtually direct relation to the uniformity of mixing the room air with the added fresh air. The possibility for room and zone control caters to the demand for separate and very specific requirements. Additional heaters or coolers will be employed in exceptional and very isolated conditions.
