GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL system has an excellent resistance to load as the steel panel is filled with cement. The tray on the bottom is thermoforming steel with 64 concave cavities and a perimeter reinforcement rib while the sheet on the top is smooth steel. Both of them are welded and finished with a protection painting in ovens. The panels could be named Light, Light Medium, Heavy, Heavy Medium & Heavy High, depending of thickness of steel welded to guarantee a high resistance to load.
It is the most Fire resistance classification, with certified A1 according to Standard European EN 13501-1:2007. Equivalence to more that 120 min fire floor.
GAMAFLOR FULL STEEL system has been designed to support high loads, so an uniform distributed load resistance can be more that 41,00 kN.
The panels are made of inert and high temperatures resistant raw materials, also water proof resistance so with a humidity absorption coefficient 0 %.
