The sliding door shall have dimensions 800 - 900 - 1000 - 1100 - 1200 - 1300 - 1400- 1500- 1600 mm clear opening width by 2100 mm clear opening height, and be of the class hermetically sealed on fcur sides, provided
with opon-closo sliding track system with horizontal and vortical movement of the panel during closing to assure
an airtight, soundproof seal.
The door shall be construded as follows:
7 Door consisting of a supporting framo made from oxtmrfod aluminium nlloy profile with ARS1 ritvar anodized b-ii£hod firish 115 microns!: a 60 mm flush door panel consisting of MDF border and twoMDF boards with Class 1 self-extinguishing high density potyurethane foam inside; faced on both sides with 0.9 mm HPL plastic lamnate, in manufacturer's standard colours, EPDM clastomor scaling gaskets. Complete with stainless steel lever handle for manual operation.
7 Threshold frame made from specialextruded aluminium altoy profile, designed to coincide with the door panel wfien closed to ensure o perfect scat, oncf able to accommodate the safety photocells.
7 Sliding system consisting of upper track made from special extruded aluminium alloy suitable for wall mounting and comploto with: two rv/lon 6.6 rollers on doublo ball bearings, hoight and depth adjustable with ariti-dorailing system, recessed floor guide, covering made from special extruded aluminium profiles in natural silver colour.
7 Aseptic, non-toxic silicone sealants and trim.
