The gate automated Porteo Urbain is a beating gate made up of two casements and two intelligent columns. The connection of the casements is carried out by a conical roller bearing low, and by a bearing with simple line of balls in top. The unit is made out of sheet and steel galvanized and painted by thermo lacquering out of powder for the structure, and the casements are sanded metallized and painted by thermo lacquering out of powder.
The intelligent columns shelter the various elements necessary for the automation of the gate and the respect of the safety requirements: a standard management board FAAC 462, a set of integrated cells ordered in closing, a twinkling lamp, a lamp of lighting of zone. Each column supports a jack of the type FAAC 400 associated with its "gatecoder".
The access to the various elements of automation is done by the door located on the interior frontage of each intelligent column. This steel door is assembled on hinges and is locked using a ¼ of key turn.
Automation is equipped with a anti-crashing security located on the beaten section of the casement including/understanding, of a turntable to be sealed containing and the blocking stopping device of the gate (electromechanical lock), as well as ordering of manual releasing in the event of interruption of current or breakdown of the system, exclusively accessible to the only authorized people.
