The reinforced concrete culverts by PREFABRICADOS ALBERDI S.A., and the reinforced concrete wing-walls or outlets, are precast parts intended to retain soil for transverse drainage of paths, roads, land consolidation, dual carriageways, railways and all types of service roads. These precast concrete wing-walls are made in reinforced concrete, which ensures resistance during both their handling and useful life, bearing the forces of the soil and the loads as a result of the road traffic. The standard slope of this precast piece is 1:1, which must be taken into account during the earthmoving. They can also be manufactured with other slopes, when expressly ordered by the client. They consist of a tongue and groove joint (both male and female) for connection to the bell and spigot of the drainage pipes in each case. A rigid seal between the piping and the culvert will be made without a rubber gasket, with cement mortar.
