Flexsa are plane reticular beams with inclined slopes or parallel bridles in hot galvanized steel or AISI 304 stainless steel. Flexsa has a linkage system according to the patent number 01310850, made with continuous currents and variable step hinged walls poles, made by direct coupling without plates. The product is made by FeE 320 steel elements (hot galvanization with Sendzimir method according to the UNI 5753/84) with hardened section obtained by cold shaping with profiling in continuous sequence. These elements are cut by shearing and pierced in line with precision punching under numerical control. The system is unsoldered and totally bolted. The structural elements make it easier to transport the structure, 1200 m² circa on a normal charge. Flexsa is a light and solid structure (trusses up to 60 m of free window light) and thanks to the variable step of the poles doesn’t have any bond on the carrying capacity or on the beams slope.
