Prestressed concrete hollow core deck slab RECTOR
The RECTOR manufacturing process uses high performance concrete put in place by an extruding machine. The hollow core slabs are manufactured on 100 to 130 m long benches
Cylinders are used to apply tension to the strands.
A programmed heat treatment allows for faster hardening of the concrete.
The RECTOR hollow core slabs are used for the installation of long span horizontal surfaces: industrial, service, school and parking buildings and housing.
They constitute finished heavy-duty elements or are associated with a table acting compositely. In the latter case, the upper surface of the slab is treated so as to obtain a good roughness.
