THERMOPRÉDALLE RECTOR

The THERMOPREDALLE is a factory-manufactured patented device intended for receiving insulating elements to be installed at the worksite. These elements of height equal to the thickness of the compression slab and placed in continuation with the interior insulation ensure an effective break of the thermal bridges.

* It is a floor plate in reinforced concrete equipped with rigid polymer boxes incorporated along the edges of the plate during the production in the factory. Insulating blocks in compressed rock wool supplied by RECTOR are placed in these boxes by the building contractor before pouring the compression slab.
* The floor plate is anchored in the peripheral walls by means of armouring cages incorporated in the THERMOPREDALLE. They can be used under normal loads and spans, including in seismic areas.
* The height of the box allows stacking the pre-slabs during transport.
* A floor plates installation plan allows determining the orientation and layout of the floor plates at the building site.
