FRAME - solid beechwood and poplar with multiple plywood of different thickness.
SUSPENSION - springs in flat steel arcs, wire Ø 3,20 mm - resistance 150/170 Kg/mm2 UNI 38-23 class B. Hessian protection for the springs
and foam rubber. Springs connected to each other with Ø 3 mm stainless steel wire.
OUTER PADDING - polyether foam rubber with density 30 Kg/m3 and polyurethane foam rubber SR75, covered by polyester fibre.
- 30 Kg/m3 = 4,2 Kpa
- SR75 Kg/m3 = 14 Kpa
SEAT CUSHION PADDING - polyurethane foam rubber Performance, “Alta Tecnologia” series, densities PF35 and PF40 Kg/m3, covered by
polyester fibre Dacron® Fiberfill Dupont de Nemours®.
- PF35 Kg/m3 = 3,7 Kpa lift
- PF40 Kg/m3 = 4,7 Kpa
BACK CUSHION PADDING - quilted duvet in special anti-perforation cotton fabric filled with new goose feathers, washed and sterilised,
supported inside by an anti-sag kernel in polyurethane foam rubber Performance, “Alta Tecnologia” series, density PF30FR covered by
polyester fabric.
- PF30FR Kg/m3 = 2 Kpa lift
FEET - polished or mat steel.
