The Blixers combine the features of two well-known appliances : the cutter and the blender-mixer.
With their large liquid capacity and leak proof lid, with built in scraper, these models make it simple to prepare all types of mixed and liquidized food, even for food feeding.
They are equipped with powerful asynchronous motor which revolves at 3000 rpm and requires no maintenance (there are no carbon brushes to change).

-Polycarbonate lid designed for the addition of liquid while processing.
-Supplied with a fine serrated knife (photo 1), which can be dismantled for cleaning.
-To help maintain impeccable hygiene, all parts that come into contact with food are easy to dismantle and clean : bowl and lid scrapers, lid joint and the knife.
-Magnetic safety system with motor breaking to stop the knife if the lid is opened.
