Turbo Quartz® is a new technology developed by Roller Grill associating infrared quartz to convection.
What's convection ? It is when the air is heated and continuously circulated throughout the oven chamber by a quite fan. The air moves across and around the food in an even low that provides uniform cooking on all sides.
This constant motion of air makes the transfer of heat to the food more eficient, enabling some food to be cooked faster and lower temperatures than in a standard oven. Most important is that the re-cycled air and lower cooking temperatures do not remove the natural juices and moisture in food. It enables also to
cook simultaneously different dishes on 2 levels without any smell transmission.
Adding the action of the infrared quartz salamander (1 050°C), you are increasing the temperature of 30°C that are perfectly spread inside for a quick and homogeneous cooking. This is a unique technology to cook vegetables, meat, ish... to bake souflés, meringues... like a chef !
