Description

size: 250 - 630 mm (impeller diameter) asynchronous external rotor motor backward curved impellers terminal box design ; alternatively, lateral or axial cable outlet compact, space-saving design The fans are designed mainly for device installation and are preferably used in air-conditioners, hygiene equipment, clean room filter units and HVAC systems. During the development of the backward-curved impeller for use without a spiral casing, special emphasis was placed on optimising efficiency over a wide characteristic curve with high power density, whilst having as optimal a noise level as possible. The fans are designed to convey air and other non-aggressive gases or vapours. As drive motors, asynchronous external rotor motors from our own production are used. In addition to the modular design (DKHM), these fans are also available as a motorised impeller (DKHR). The impellers with 8 backward-curved blades are made of aluminium sheet (AIMg3) and statically and dynamically balanced together with the impeller hub or the external rotor motor used according to the quality level G 2,5 / G 6,3 as per DIN ISO 21940-11. If desired, the wheels can also be manufactured from sheet steel with a plastic coating. The direction of rotation of the impellers is standard clockwise rotation (seen from the suction side). Counter-clockwise operation will cause overload damage to the motor. Therefore, the direction of rotation should always be checked before starting up. Electrical connection via external terminal box protection class IP44.
