Commercial food steam cooker
Stainlesssteel streamlined apparatus heated
by sheathed heating elements.
This cooker is made up of the following parts:
Cover, two modules with gratings, Cooking
Module or steam generator, Grating and
Cook products with Steam or in Bain-Marie.
The whole or part of the apparatus can be
used. The heating element in the Cooking
Module should be covered with water and
the product placed in a regular manner over
the surface of the gratings.
Cooking in Bain- Marie
Only the Cooking Module and the cover can
be used. The heating element should be
covered with water which should also cover
the grating up to a level judged necessary for
cooking the moulds.
By means of a rotary switch you can obtain
three positions or heat intensities:
Minimum, Medium, High
