wooden, stone, wooden frame
This 1.5 storey house has a Scandinavian architectural language. The building differentiates itself from others of this kind because it is visually more like a city house a trendier, but tradition-loving living space for a young family.
The building is divided into two areas according to the floors. On the first floor there are rooms for everyday activities and the second floor comprises of the resting area. However, the second floor also includes a more spacious area for the children to have their own living room a place where to seek adventures and where toys neednt always be put away. The airspace between the two floors provides a view to the living room and adds plenty of space.
An interesting detail about Villa William:
In the side wall of the living room there is space for a fireplace, so you can take time off in winter nights with a warm cup of tea. The chimney has been placed outside the building, which makes it possible to build an outdoor kitchen to the terrace. Why not have a smoker grill outside and surprise your guests with a somewhat different experience!
