straight or turned, flight width outside up to 105cm tread and strings 40mm . Wood of quality category 1,
Workmanship according drawing
Wall and outer string, handrail for straight stair, spindles round 25mm, handrail height 1000mm.
Clear spindle distance of 100mm, fastening in-bored in wooden string,
Handrail 80*40mm R=20, newel posts, starting step and exit newels and corner posts (turning newel)80*80mm , Stairs final varnished
uv varnish with ground- middle- and final coating,
as well as any other necessary supplementary work.
Not included are painter and bricklayer assistants, which are getting charged separate.
