One-component polyurethane sealant. One component polyurethane sealant slightly solvented. Packing: in 300 ml cartridges or 600 ml pockets. Parathane Mastic MAIN USES Use as sealant for details, angles, cracks. Parathane Mastic is applied by extrusion with a hand or pneumatic gun. The substrates must be clean, dust free and free of oils, grease and/carbons. The lips of the joint will be hidden with an adhesive tape. Consumption: the quantity used is a function of the opening, depth and length of the area to be filled. Calculation: width (cm) x Depth (cm) x Length (cm): 1000 = Quantity in litres. Application conditions: minimum temperature: > 5°C, maximum temperature: < 40°C. Relative Humidity: < 90%. The surface of the substrate should be dry and at least +3°C above the dew point. DESCRIPTION Designed to widen the Siplast waterproofing system range, the Parathane liquid waterproofing line, polyurethane resin base, was chosen for its intrinsic performances and notable features as well as for its simple application. The elasticity of the in-situ formed Parathane membrane gives it good resistance to cracking, thus eliminating the need for reinforcement in regular parts. Along with the unique covering core (the «coating») contributing the essentialpart of the waterproofing function, the Parathane line is characterised in particular by: A line of bonding primers for optimal adaptation to all substrates, including damp substrates; A number of finish possibilities, meeting many aesthetic and functional needs; A choice of juxtaposable colours, providing variety and a considerable freedom in the architectural possibilities.
