WATERBORNE EPOXY PRODUCT (A+B). Two component waterborne product based on epoxy-polyamide resins, compatible with hydraulic binders. Usages Promoting adhesion to glue old concrete to new one. Primer for epoxy-concrete coatings and for epoxy waterborne coatings. Consolidator for surface with loose and free particles or chalky surfaces. Substrate The substrate must have a minimum resistance to compression of 25 N/mm2 and to traction of 1,5 N/mm2. Preparation of the substrate • Concrete substrates have to be solid, absorbent, not polluted by oils, dust or any other substances. • Choose the most convenient mechanical preparation (abrasion, shot-blasting or grinding) and then proceed with the application.
