SKINZIP® profiles are manufactured through cold formed profiling of reels of sheeting, in the factory or on-site and at the desired width and size.
Geometry is especially designed to allow mechanical fastening between sheets, with each of them operating as perfectly watertight "conduit-guttering".
Conical parts are subject to prior longitudinal oblique cutting

Copper can be used in coverings and coatings.specially in Standing Seam type situations, with the absence of sewing between metal sheets.
Among copper's mechanical properties, we highlight its great deformability and flexibility capacity.
In general these features improve in lower temperatures. Copper's high fusion point assures it doesn't deform like other metals.
