SKINZIP® profiles are manufactured through cold formed profiling of reels of sheeting, in the factory or on-site and at the desired width and size.
Geometry is especially designed to allow mechanical fastening between sheets, with each of them operating as perfectly watertight "conduit-guttering".
Conical parts are subject to prior longitudinal oblique cutting

It is still the most versatile and economical type of material used for the majority of constructions. Because of its toughness it allows profiles to work as structural elements.
Steel needs anti-corrosion coatings to prevent corrosion of acting on surfaces exposed to the atmosphere. The use of vast types of coatings with the desired RAL colour, results in an excellent material, adaptable to any environment (as long as its correctly protected), with excellent price results.
