The Rough & Ready programme is also available in black beams made of re-used synthetic material (old plastic bags, agricultural plastic sheeting, etc.) that is black throughout: All Black. The sustainable black material requires no maintenance and has a coarse wood texture. Ink and paint cannot penetrate the surface and do hardly adhere, so that the items are practically insensitive to graffiti.

benches an even tougher, more robust appearance!

The black material is a compound of re-used synthetic materials (PE and PP). They remain black due to the UV-stabilization process they have undergone. They have been categorized as Fire Class 3 according to NEN 6065. In contrast to wood, no maintenance is needed. The material does not discolour, is extremely durable, and is extremely environment-friendly (no additives except black soot).
