The TFX subwoofer builds on the success and strengths of the award winning SFX model, underpinning the new Wideband TFX satellites with fast and deep bass. Inside the substantially built cabinet is a powerful built-in amplifier and a 200mm (8.00) long-throw driver, all controlled by sophisticated electronics within the unit. The TFX subwoofer is equally well equipped for both music and movies and offers a flexible range of connection options including RCA line level and speaker level signal inputs. The result is a tightly controlled and dynamic bass output that seamlessly integrates with the matching TFX satellite speakers for perfectly balanced full-range sound reproduction. With simple user controls to set the desired level, the TFX subwoofer is capable of shaking the sofa with movie Low Frequency Effects, or gently reinforcing stereo and multichannel music with sumptuous deep bass. The compact dimensions of TFX subwoofer make for flexible installation. It can be placed at the front, the rear or at the sides of your listening room and can be discreetly hidden away beside a sofa if desired. It is fitted with cone-shaped feet to improve stability and protect floor coverings. A handy automatic power on/off function means that once the subwoofer is set up there is no further need to access its controls.
