Our Chinese stoves made up of naval steel type 8 mm thick, including a 1.2 mm stainless a steel gutter used to get rid of residuals. This device is easy to clean and includes welded circular hangers , with appropriate dimensions for the utensils used in Chinese cooking, all parts integrated in a stainless steel structure.
For safety reasons, all burners bear a security electro valve equipped with a thermocouple, according to European Union standards, and the forced air burners add up a pressure stat to support the operation of the engine and an appropriate combustion. Telfer has exclusively designed this system for our devices.
Model L.4 has four burners, one of forced air, with a power of 11kw, located at right side, and three atmospherics of four rows with 7kw each one.
