The TERCA hand moulded bricks are produced by the oldest method for manufacturing facing bricks is the hand-moulding method. First the raw material is rolled in sand then thrown forcefully into a dry mould. The sand acts like flour in a cake mould. The excess material is stripped off with a wire or a piece of wood.
