Type MRM consists of horizontal round steel precision tubes Ø 15 x 1.2 mm and a rectangular frame work steel collector measuring Ø 35 x 2 mm. Standard delivered with central connection (50 mm) and folding chrome plated drying and stacking rack. Type MRM is only available as wall model, not as free-standing radiator. MRM is in option available with THERMIC valve set and cover plate whith straight base. Type MRM is in option also available with the new THERMIC designer valve set 1-8 with luxury thermostatic head.
Type MRM is electrically welded by robots. As a result, the weld seams are invisible. The standard operating pressure is 10 bar. The maximum operating temperature is 110°C. Connections 1/2" vertically. 1/2" air vent is delivered as standard. Type MRM is also available inpure electrical version. THERMIC-radiators are, like in modern automobile industry, degreased, phosphated, primed using electrophoresis (KTL-bath) and then dried at 200°C. Finally, THERMIC-radiators are painted by means of an electrostatic powder coating with epoxy polyester and enamelled at 230°C.
