The Goldeneye X-ray detects in each lamella the size of the knots as well as fissures, resin pockets and waney arris and by doing so can exactly determine the stability class according to the European standard EN 14081-1.
This technology ensures the fabrication of gluelam in the stability classes GL24, GL28, GL32 (BS11, BS14, BS16). Interior quality controls and exterior inspection by the Materialprüfanstalt of the University of Stuttgart entitle Theurl Holz to label each element with the CE-seal.
Continuing optimization through intelligent programs helps to bring the production of individual customer orders to perfection. In addition to that, each component is labeled in order to unmistakably assign it to a certain order.
