Taking inspiration from the "Artigiana B33" released in 1950, TOMAGA INDUSTRIES has redesigned and released this mechanical meat slicer in a stylized, vintage edition. It is designed for demanding private and professional clientele at the upper end of the spectrum. (The model is adapted to professional standards and use). This is a truly unique and exceptional product, made entirely by hand (237 mechanical components - 8 hours of manual assembly) in a limited edition release.
