The collection in basic colours white and black includes an armchair, easy chair, footrest, lounger and accessory tables. Sober elegance finds expression in clean, simple forms and flowing lines. A restrained style, but with a keen sense of detail. The frame of the chairs, for instance, has a triangular profile that creates the illusion of extra-fine lines, and the armrests on the chairs and lounger sport an inlay of weatherproof black artificial leather.
Also the materials go beyond the commonplace : a frame in painted aluminium, injected under high pressure, and a seat in Batyline or bent beech wood, treated by the patented Belmadur® process. This process represents a revolutionary technology, developed by BASF, to enhance the quality of european wood, thus making it an obvious alternative to tropical hardwood. Result: extra-strong furniture that is also ultralight and thus easy to rearrange.
Even the tabletops are anything but standard. You can choose from matt glass, white or black, or very exclusive Zimbabwe Black granite. The glass tops are made of thermally tempered glass, with a ceramic layer burnt on to the glass surface at high temperature. Result: an extremely durable and colour-fast coating giving the top extreme protection not only against scratches, but also against extreme weather conditions.
