For the Ky-O we chose to use SMD LEDs mounted on custom made boards which must be supplied with 24Vdc. This type of LED with the chosen color temperature of 2850K provides a smooth well spread halogen-like general light.
These recessed models are available in matte black and white powder coating. Furthermore there is the choice between a polycarbonate or metal plate to cover the LED boards.
