The Aster type HF is manufactured from horizontal flat-oval steel precision tubes measuring 57.5 x 10 x 1.5 mm and two vertical concealed round collectors measuring Ø 35 x 2 mm. The Aster type HF2 is manufactured from a double row of horizontal flat- oval steel precision tubes measuring 57.5 x 10 x 1.5 mm and two vertical concealed round collectors measuring Ø 35 x 2 mm. The Aster type HF2 is also available for free-standing installation. Type HF and HF2 are not delivered with universal connection (1mm8). The Aster is electrically welded by robots, which gives the advantage of invisible weld- seams. The standard operating pressure is 4 bar (test pressure 6 bar). The maximum operating temperature is 110° C. Connections 1/2” vertically. 1/2” plug and 1/2” air vent are delivered as standard. The Aster is also available in various electrical options. VASCO radiators are, like in a car factory, degreased, phosphated, primed using electrophoresis (KTL-bath) and then dried at 200°C. Finally, every VASCO radiator is painted by means of an electrostatic powder coating with epoxy polyester and enamelled at 230°C. Aster type HF/HF2 is tested according to EN442.
