The RSDC-36 features customized steel panels, cut in-house with an advanced water jet process and welded above its two side-deposits. These panels allow the customer to isolate different streams of litter entering the receptacle, such as separating cans or plastic bottles from paper. In conjunction with custom decals—made in-house by our graphic arts department—the RSDC-36 makes it simple and easy for users to recycle effectively, without complicated technology or additional cost. STANDARD All fabricated metal components are steel shot-blasted, etched, phosphatized, preheated and electrostatically powder-coated with TGIC polyester powder coatings. Other standard features include a solid convex lid, a pair of Half-Moon high-density plastic liners and rubber-tipped leveling feet on the base. Interior plastic liners for our litter receptacles offer substantial value and are produced on molds that we designed and own. These plastic cans are reinforced, ribbed, and molded for durability, ease of use and greater capacity.
