HOUSING: Compression-molded, fiber-reinforced polymer, specially formulated to add strength and exceptional UV stability %u2013 warranted for ten years against corrosion.
LENS COVER: Injection-molded, fiber-reinforced polymer fitted to the housing with a C-curved crosssection gasket %u2014 surrounding the edge of the lens to provide a superior dual weather-tight seal. The lens cover is also available in precision CNC-machined solid brass or stainless steel.
CONSTRUCTION: Fixtures are ruggedly constructed and have an International Protection rating of IP67, for protection against detrimental dust intrusion as well as penetration of water under submersion. Additionally, models 1103 and 1105 are drive-over rated for 3,000 lbs., allowing for drive-over strength in excess of normal vehicle weight requirements.
FINISH: Polyester powder-coated finish available in Black, Verde, Architectural Brick, Architectural Bronze, Granite, Pewter, Terracotta, Rust, Hunter Green, Mocha, Weathered Bronze, Weathered Iron, and White. Natural Brass or Stainless Steel lens cover also available. Housing available in black only.
