Iron and glass gazebo Vivai del Sud Architettura e Alta Decorazione LUNA
LUNA
This is a true “WINTER GARDEN”, not a veranda or a gazebo, but a space which can hold over 500 people in an opalescent bubble like a tropical jellyfish.
Inside, giant creepers criss-cross with rare orchids, hugging the white iron structure while the walls, all in double glazed crystal, are windows into onoric images of men and plants moving like in a pantomime which is reminiscent of “Suddenly Last Summer” by Tennessee Williams.
Carried out by Vivai del Sud in the Valley of Itria in Puglia for meetings and special events, this remains an extraordinary piece of work for the emotions it is able to bring about especially during clear southern nights.
