This model is equipped with an exclusive “special tool” which enables the reduction of the braking action on the bowl : so the mixing time is reduced by 4 to 5 minutes. The concave blades on the mixing tool improve the oxygenation of the doughand are perfectly adapted to the production of tough and aromatic doughs.
