Thanks to the VMI’s experience with frozen and American doughs, this mixer assures really powerful and fast mixing. During mixing the bowl lifts and is locked in place by an hydraulic cylinder. This design optimizes the mixing tool to bowl relationship and therefore the mixing efficiency. Your range of recipes is made larger thanks to six available tools.
