Non-warping stainless steel frame with plastic coated plate struts and patented plate clips for adaptation to different plate sizes. Mobile square tube frame with 4 castor wheels, two with parking brake. Hygiene cover to prevent drying and loss of heat. 80 stacked plates can be
accommodated on only half a square metre.
