The DX400 and CF40 condensation control extractor fans are pressure developing centrifugal fans are ideally suited for air extraction in kitchens, utility rooms, larger bathrooms and commercially in individual offices, kitchens and toilet blocks. They can be surface or recessed mounted in walls and ceilings and are supplied with a backdraught shutter and outlet grille. Premier CF40 condensation control models have an integral humidistat and offer automatic control. The CF40TD features a delay start 'Quick Visit' facility preventing the fan from coming on should the light be switched On and then Off within 2 minutes. All models are IPX5 rated, BEAB approved and suitable for 220-240V 50Hz mains operation. They feature external rotor motors with integral balanced impellors, sealed for life maintenance free bearings and safety thermal cut-out protection.
