Thanks to its belonging to a dynamic international industrial
group, Zodiac, world leading manufacturer of above the ground
swimming pools, has the capacity to continuously develop
innovating techniques.
Top-of-the-range materials
The Zodiac swimming pools thus benefit from the technological
advances gained by the Group for the design and assembly of
flexible composite materials and the mastery of aluminium
working with aeronautical quality. This experience is associated
to the perfect mastery of the whole range of manufacturing
processes for laser cutting and heat welding.
For the design of the KD TECK range, the Research and
Development department has oriented its research towards
technical criteria of reliability and solidity.
The frame: the swimming pool is made up of uprights selected
after many tests for their quality of impact resistance and their
lightness.
The fabric: developed by Zodiac, Dynalon® is a material made
up of a dense polyester textile base, placed between a double
internal and external covering, the
double wire reinforcement of which
pushes back the limits of the tear
strength, and resistance to abrasion
and climatic aggressions.

Aesthetics and sturdiness:
1-Smooth Maxiwood (wood composite) sections around the
edge of the pool, held by clipped connections
2-Wide ground plates ensuring improved stability
3-Rings where the vertical stanchions pass through the liner
4-Tubes stiffening the structure at pool corners allow for easy
attachment of accessories (cover roller, umbrella holder, etc.)
5-New strut design with Maxiwood (wood composite) finish
