Concrete paving slab PARDAK®XL

The growing demand for rooftop car parks that can handle heavy goods vehicles led to the development of Pardak®XL, a driving surface consisting of large 2 x 2 metre concrete slabs. Thanks to Pardak®XL, shops and other commercial premises can be supplied by truck via the rooftop car park.The Pardak®XL concrete slabs have upward sloping sides with a clean bevelled edge. The resultant joint is 25 mm wide. For a shopping centre application, this is the maximum permitted joint width in connection with shopping trolley wheels. The joints are filled with fine natural stone gravel that is swept-in in stages.
