Richard Brink GmbH & Co KG

Who we are

1976
For more than 25 years now, we have served the construction trade nationwide and have supplied materials to the further-processing construction trade.

In 1976, my wife and I began to operate a smithery in our garage. In addition to arts-and-crafts products such as wrought iron, from 1984 we also produced chimney top covers, with which we initially supplied the roofer trade.

In 1987 we moved into a rented warehouse and hired our first employees.

1996
With the beginning of the construction work on our own company building and the subsequent move into it in 1997, the foundation was laid for an expanded product range.

In the following years, our sons expanded the product range with flashings, gravel strips, drainage channels and gullies, with which we supply the construction trade and the landscaping trade.

2013
Due to our constantly growing equipment fleet and the associated opportunities in construction, our range of goods is growing continuously.

Since 2013, newly acquired machines such as fibre lasers have allowed us to pursue new paths in production.

These new acquisitions make it necessary that our company buildings also grow, so this year we are building an additional hall complex.

Future
Our quality standards have not changed over time. High-quality materials and flawless manufacturing ensure the high standard of quality of our products.

As has always been the case,
Wir verkaufen nichts, was wir nicht auch selber kaufen würden.we sell nothing that we ourselves would not buy.

Our values

Richard Brink has stayed true to this motto ever since setting up his own company over 40 years ago. Founded as a smithery working out of a garage in 1976, Richard Brink GmbH & Co. KG has since established itself as a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality metal goods with its headquarters in the town of Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock, Eastern Westphalia, and sales offices in Austria and the Netherlands

The range of products offered by the ever expanding brand manufacturer stretches from drainage and dewatering systems made of metal and concrete over to edge profiles and copings through to gravel stops, branch channels, flower bed edging solutions, plant boxes, raised beds, bathroom systems and chimney caps.

The broad selection of functional and decorative elements, all of which boast high-quality design, sets visual accents – whether in green spaces and gardens, in sealed open spaces such as courtyards and streets that need drainage solutions, or to protect building structures both in front of façades and on roofs. Honoured with the Red Dot Award, the designer gratings perfectly highlight the company’s focus on not only functionality and quality but also on the look of its products.

Metal products from the Eastern Westphalian family-run company have been used in countless projects such as the “Kranhäuser” buildings in Cologne, Munich’s “IT town hall”, Expert Zentrale’s office in Hanover besides many other public and private buildings. More and more tradespeople from different backgrounds as well as building contractors, planners and architects are setting great store by made-to-measure products that are “Made in Germany”. These kinds of bespoke and customised metal goods give each construction project a unique finish and underscore the high level of quality.

Whether channels and designer gratings made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised steel, edge profiles, parapet coverings, raised beds, plant boxes or flower bed edging solutions – all Richard Brink brand name products serve as individually adaptable solutions that share a love for detail.
